One of Helena's favorite times of the day is bath time.  She loves the bath water - playing in it, splashing in it, and, of course, drinking it.  I love it right when we get her out of the tub.  Her hair always looks a little crazy and she is impossible to pin down and get dressed.

(Of course, I had to squeeze in a little naked baby picture...)

Sophie is a different story.  Although she loves being clean, she doesn't really care for bath time.  She does like it, though, when we make time to have a little fun (especially with her hair!)

I am animal.  Literally.  This past month I have eaten the following:  a sticker, part of an envelope, a toenail, part of a crayon, and toilet paper.

Mom and Dad try to keep me from eating these things, but I'm quick.  My favorite is the toilet paper.  Every time they leave one of the bathroom doors open, I head straight for it.  I'm not even sure why I eat this stuff because they give me enough food to feed three normal babies, but I know I like it.
We are so excited to share some big news:  Helena took her first steps yesterday!  She took two steps before falling.  She hasn't tried to walk again since then, but we're sure she'll be running around in no time.  It's hard to believe our baby is already walking.  She's growing up so fast.  We haven't been able to get a picture of her walking yet, but we'll be posting some soon!
Ever since Sophie started playing soccer, she has been begging us to let her play t-ball.  Soccer ended a couple of weeks ago, so we decided to go ahead and sign her up.  She was so excited to go to her first practice last night:

The whole team had a lot of fun together and Sophie is really looking forward to the rest of the season.
We used most of our three-day weekend to work on projects around the house, but we did make time for a fun trip with the girls. We spent one day at Purina Farm, where we saw farm animals (including a cow being milked), lots of dogs and cats (including a three-story cat house), and a dog show. There were also agility trials and barn searches being held on the grounds. Sophie was a little nervous about getting too close to the animals, but she eventually warmed up to them:
